Sherrry Miller, Au.D., FAAA, Doctor of Audiology
Sherry grew up in Brantford, Ontario, about 60 miles southwest of Toronto
in the Great Lakes area. In fact, 'The Great One' - hockey player Wayne Gretsky
grew up nearby and attended the same public and high schools. Sherry has been
practicing audiology since 1996. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2006 from the
Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. Sherry had earlier graduated
with a Master's of Clinical Science in 1996 from the University of Western Ontario in London,
Ontario, Canada where she participated in research published in a professional journal.
Sherry is licensed by the State of Arizona and clinically certified by the American Speech, Language, and
Hearing Association.
Having worked in the private practice and healthcare clinical settings all her career, Sherry is
highly accustomed to evaluating a patient's specific hearing needs and the hearing technology
available to help them. She has extensive experience in the diagnostic processes used to assess
and treat hearing problems, and has fit patients with a wide range of hearing technology
throughout her career.
The most unique and privileged experience she has had was being trained at one of the best institutions
for education and research in Canada under the supervision of Richard Seewald, a renowned Canadian
audiologistical researcher.
Sherry now makes her home in Glendale with her husband, Ennis. She has two grown sons. She
and her husband both enjoy the great outdoors, camping throughout the deserts of Arizona
and California.
