If you have scheduled an appointment with our Balance & Dizziness Clinic to have your balance or dizziness evaluated, you will be meeting with Chris Cummins-Beagle or Kim Gates, who will work with you at our Civic Center Office, located in downtown Scottsdale.

Our comprehensive evaluation will provide you and your physician with important information about your balance system. We will make recommendations based on your medical condition, lifestyle and other individual needs.
