All too often in today's world, people are quick to complain when their expectations are not met. I for one, rarely seem to find the time to thank a company when a job is well done. I wanted to take the time to thank you for your staff for the professional manner in which my hearing needs have been handled since purchasing the Senso Widex canal type aids a couple of years ago.
